Karl serves as our Compliance Virtual Assistant, focused on keeping our systems, records, and processes aligned with internal standards and brokerage requirements. He plays a key role in maintaining organization across the team by ensuring that all files, data, and workflows are accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented.

He is responsible for auditing records, monitoring compliance checklists, and tracking key requirements across platforms to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Karl works closely with agents and leadership to flag missing information, correct inconsistencies, and uphold the team’s operational standards.
